Our philosophy is built on everyday luxury, delivering premium scent profiles engineered specifically to withstand the Pakistani climate.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

  • Quality: While we guarantee uncompromising quality in our designer impressions and original blends, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4: ORDERS, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • Card Services & Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards for secure online checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We proudly offer COD as a primary payment method for our customers across Pakistan. We reserve the right to refuse COD services to customers with a history of unaccepted or returned deliveries.  

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Deliveries across Pakistan are fulfilled through our trusted local courier partners. Delivery times will vary based on your city and specific location. While we strive for prompt delivery, Fragrance of Soul cannot be held responsible for unavoidable delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SECTION 6: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the personal nature of our fragrances, returns and exchanges are strictly governed by our official Return Policy. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the brand identity of Fragrance of Soul and WB by Hemani, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.

In no case shall Fragrance of Soul, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or parent brand WB by Hemani be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
